Job description :
Melakukan proses akuisisi nasabah baru, cross selling/top up nasabah existing serta melakukan proses maintenance terhadap nasabah existing sehingga tercapai target pertumbuhan nasabah dan pertumbuhan volume portfolio dengan memberikan layanan transaksi sesuai dengan standar dan prosedur yang berlaku
Qualifications :
- Pendidikan min. S1 dengan IPK 2,5 atau D3 dengan IPK 2,75
- Pengalaman min. 2 tahun di industri perbankan dengan posisi sales, atau min. 3 tahun di industri non-perbankan (bancassurance/investment) dengan posisi sales
- Area : Kudus, Salatiga Surabaya

Locations : Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all compensation and benefits related surveys, report, and analysis
- Design and implement compensation packages and performance reward programmes
- Evaluate and implement the company’s reward and benefit program
- Prepare and maintain all compensation and benefits data
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred (Human Resources management is an asset) or equivalent experience relevant to the job
- Strong analytical skills
- Very good command of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
